#Your Labs Sprint Workspace
Week 1: Discover & Frame

Start the sprint the way real product teams do. Watch the recorded kickoff call and product brief to understand the challenge, users, and constraints. Then follow our guided modules to frame the problem, define scope and metrics, and map your opportunity space with modern AI research tools.

Week 2: Design & Deliver

Turn strategy into a real product experience. You’ll design the core flow, run lightweight user testing, refine your solution, and ship a working prototype to production. You won’t stop at screens or AI demos. You’ll push your work to GitHub, deploy it with Vercel, and document the full delivery process. You finish by recording a clear Loom walkthrough, presenting your work the way a senior product designer or design engineer would.

Stay notified

Join the 'oh shit, I don’t want to miss the next sprint-list'.

We’ll remind you when new sprints open. And we’ll send you something because designers only convert if they get free things.

Designed for

For designers who want real experience, not another passive course.

You need practice, not theory.

You already know the fundamentals. Now you need to apply them to a messy, real-world product challenge.

You crave active feedback.

You don't want to watch videos. You want guidance, critique, and support from seniors while you work.

You need a "Hired" portfolio.

You want a case study that feels like real work, something you can confidently show a hiring manager tomorrow.

You want to own the process.

Build confidence by designing an end-to-end solution (not just UI screens) in a realistic product setting.

You want high-value connections.

Directly connect with leading AI founders and expand your professional network.

Past sprinters

"My process is sharper and my design thinking’s leveled up."

And more great things our Labs designers are saying.
Stephanie LiuUX Designer (Seattle 🇪🇸)
It definitely wasn't an easy process, but I left this sprint knowing how it truly feels to think like a designer.
Within the span of two weeks we went from building user flows and personas to transforming our ideas into functional prototypes. Huge shout out and thank you to Carmen Rincon and Alexandre L'Herbette for putting this program together, this sprint is such a great chance to branch out and work with people who come from such a wide variety of backgrounds. I'm excited to see what comes next!"

"This sprint taught me how to design with empathy while leveraging AI to accelerate clarity, decision-making, and innovation, without losing the human touch.
During the sprint, I designed and tested AI-powered interaction patterns for an end-to-end home discovery experience. I also used AI-driven prototyping to build and iterate in real-time with actual users, and worked across research, UX strategy, and product design to shape solutions with measurable business impact. Looking forward to the next collaboration. ✨"

"It’s been such an incredible experience.
Over two intense weeks, we worked on a fascinating project: a stealth startup founded by Mark van Ryswyk (ex-CPO Tinder, ex-EVP Glu Mobile) and Shawn Elson (ex-Meta Design Lead), focused on creating a Neighborhood Discovery Experience for homebuyers. Huge thanks to Carmen Rincon and Alexandre L'Herbette for building such inspiring programs (as always!) and to my teammates for letting me learn so much from them along the way 💙 Can’t wait to show you this project in my portfolio soon!"

"This sprint reminded me why I love what I do — blending design, business, code and empathy to create experiences that actually make life better.
In just 14 days, I collaborated with founders and designers, explored human–AI interaction patterns, and used AI tools to prototype real user flows — fast, strategic, and always human-centered. And I’m incredibly honored (and humbled!) to have been recognized as one of the Top Sprinters, with my work featured and presented to the founders! 💜"

"I’m not usually a “course” person. I prefer to dive in and learn by doing. But this was different.
Yummy Labs didn’t tell us what to design; they taught us how to think like product designers and get something into users’ hands quickly for feedback. Over two weeks we defined user pain points, built lightweight personas, mapped messy journeys, and turned ideas into a working MVP for a stealth AI startup founded by Mark V. (former CPO at Tinder). My sleep schedule’s wrecked, but my process is sharper and my design thinking’s leveled up."

"I left this sprint sharper, more curious, and with a deeper appreciation for how AI can accelerate contributions to design without losing the human touch.
It was fast, challenging, and full of “aha” moments, building, testing, and iterating in real time with real users! Huge shout out to Carmen Rincon and Alexandre L'Herbette for the amazing program they’ve put together through the Accelerator. It’s a unique opportunity to work with real start-ups alongside a peer group of other super talented designers from all sorts of backgrounds. Can’t wait to see what other opportunities pop-up next! This definitely won’t be my last sprint with the team.

We're building the anti-bootcamp

We heard you're tied of traditional bootcamps. So we're changing things up.

The reddit crowd has spoken, and they're right. Bootcamps are a thing of the past. Here’s what makes Yummy Labs the smarter, faster way to grow as a designer.

Yummy Labs Sprint
Format
6–12 weeks of pre-recorded videos you swear you’ll finish someday.
2-week real-time sprint where humans actually talk to you.
Cost
$500–$3,000+ (depending on how much they're paying their CEO.)
$400 entry + $150 per future sprint because we don’t pretend education is free, we just avoid the “sell a kidney” pricing model.
Learning Style
Watch, repeat, memorize… forget… panic… repeat.
Build, collaborate, deliver. Yes, you ship real things. No, not fictional avocado-delivery apps.
Outcome
Hypothetical redesign you pray hiring managers won’t recognize from Dribbble.
Live client product + real experience with an actual startup that exists outside your imagination.
Access
Access ends after graduation. So does the illusion of being “job-ready.”
Lifetime access to new sprints, because improving takes more than one hyper-polished case study.
Feedback
Tutors or static reviews from people you never meet again.
Product & startup leaders who’ve been in the trenches and will actually tell you what’s wrong (nicely, but honestly).

Need more time to think it through? Ask your friends if they know us? Wait until we get Lovable?
